Cheap and brittle
Bought one new at REI and the next day the very top of the grey cap got separated from the rest of the cap! It was as if they were glued together. It had not been dropped or pressure exerted on it. You get what you pay for I guess.

Doesn?t shake well

I bought this shaker because I liked the variety it would offer, having 6 compartments. I work as an outdoor guide, so I am backpacking 2 weeks a month and could use more flavor in my meals. I found the spice rocket to be unnecessarily heavy, and the holes in the cap were so small I had to shake for a minute to get enough spice out. I am still looking for better options but will be returning to using plastic baggies for now.
