great for my longer runs

BEST GELS I'VE EVER HAD

and I've had a LOT! These are so refreshing, and having a pleasing mouthfeel. I even keep the wrappers, break them open at home and will finish every last drop haha! They're all good, but the strawberry banana is like having a smoothie. It's so good!

Watery Gu..

But in a good way! I think thats probably all this is is a regular GU packet with the appropriate amount of water already mixed into it, but its perfect. I love being able to take one of these with me and not have to take any water to get it down and working. Within a few minutes of taking one I can feel it working which is not something I can say about regular GU in my past experiences, because i probably wasnt taking enough water, problem solved. They are larger than a normal GU due to the extra volume but still fits in a pocket just fine I wish there were more flavor options, but after trying them all via the sample pack, my flavor rankings in order of greatness are the Strawberry Banana (SO GOOD), Lemonade, Orange, and Coffee (not so good). I will be repurchasing a full pack of the Strawberry Banana for sure. 4 stars because its kind of pricey for what it is compared to regular GUs, and because they are kind of a pain to get open to the point where they are easy to slam, and because as good as they are they still have that classic GU aftertaste and burps.

I use a lot of nutrition products and have found that the only time I have real issues is during hot weather. I am more sensitive to taste and texture which can prevent me from using the correct amount of nutrition to keep me going. I have found that the texture and taste of GU's liquid gels has really filled this gap where I have had the miss and is now a key a key part of my nutrition program.
