Awful delivery and customer service

I ordered 2 Hershel items and received someone else’s order (a men’s sweater). I immediately called to report this and was told my items would be sent asap and to please send back the shirt. I did so right away with the label provided, yet my items were MIA. I called twice to inquire and once was told I would have them in 2 days. Finally an agent let me know they actually wouldn’t send my items until they received the sweater. I was livid. It had been 2 weeks at this point. I’ve never encountered such disingenuous customer service, ever. Two agents lied to me. I asked for a refund and told them to keep the items. The customer service team clearly needs new management.
