Great but run big

I had my son pick out new gloves for Christmas and he thought these would look cool since they’re white, and he liked that they’re wool inside instead of synthetic (he had worn out his previous pair of Hestra gloves in size 11). We got these in the same size 11 but unfortunately they were comically huge. They looked like paddles on they were so wide, and the tight spot on the wrist kept sliding down as he snowboarded, so they were hanging off his fingers too. He still wanted them for the wool lining, so we exchanged for size 10 and they’re the perfect size! To keep from washing the wool often, he wants to get liners to wear with these. How cool that manufacturers are slowly going back to what nature gave us so we can avoid microplastics in our bodies. Thanks, Backcountry, for handling our return and giving store credit for an unfortunate situation.
