Why We Like The HOKA Arahi 7 Wide Running Shoe
For stabilizing assistance that doesn't feel heavy or clunky, we lace into the Arahi 7 Wide Running Shoe. HOKA's patented J-Frame technology guides our feet through healthy transitions without overcorrecting, while the plush midsole foam softens the road and springs our energy right back to us. Now with an updated upper, the Arahi 7 has greater step-in comfort that keeps our feet locked in for the ride, with its engineered, flat-knit construction hugging our midfoot, and its cushier, gusseted tongue that won't slip off to the side with our strides.

Changed arahi
I had been so happy with my Hoka shoes, especially the Arahi 6. They wear out fast but my feet were in heaven. Now Hoka has changed the arahi to the 7 and they aren't the same. They feel cheap and are uncomfortable.

So comfortable I bought a second pair.
Helps with plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis discomfort.

I love this shoe!
It truly is a stability shoe. Very comfortable for my medium-width pronating feet, and the toe box is comfortable but not excessively wide.

First time buyer
My doctor recommended "Hoka" for my hip and foot pain. I was skeptical.... I never spend that much on myself for shoes - I picked out the white Arahi7 and sent the link to my doctor before purchase, he approved, I purchased. My ankle/Achilles pain is so much better. I love the fact that I could purchase white ! I would recommend this shoe to everyone ! I have also got several compliments on the shoe itself, the color and the look.

Would definitely buy these sneakers again.
Use it for walking. Lightweight fits snuggly around the ankle for extra support. Like the rounder toe box.

Amazing
The color was lighter than it looked online but these sneakers are amazing. You do need to break them in but it's like walking on air.

Uncomfortable
I have worn these shoes in the 6's and that were the most comfortable shoe. I got the new 7's and they are horrible. Narrow and hard like a rock. They kill my feet. I was so disappointed when I got my shoes.

Not comfortable
These are definitely not as cushiony as I prefer. It took several wears for them to be comfortable, and even then I'm not thrilled.

So Disappointed
I've been faithfully wearing Hokas for years. I went to buy new running shoes and was shocked at the difference in the new Arahi. The toe bed of the 7 is significantly more narrow and for someone who needs a wider toe bed it is not comfortable. I need to find a replacement shoe :-(

Solid choice for flat feet and long hours
I am very pleased with the quality of these shoes. My shifts are typically pretty long and involve thousands of steps e every day. As someone with flat feet I've been desperate to find something that's reliable without having to mess with insoles anymore. These provide the kind of support I need while being lightweight and durable.
