Why We Like The Bondi 8 Running Shoe
HOKA's Bondi 8 brings us the same max cush and step-in comfort we loved from its predecessor but with less weight and more stability. From daily jaunts to distance chasing, our strides stay stable with the flared platform increasing our footprint, and our ride stays plush with the midsole's horizontal grooves softening heel strikes.

Runs small
I've ordered many Hokas in my time. I currently have about six pair including hiking boots. Had to send these back because they felt uncomfortable in my right shoe. Bought the skyward X and I love them $55 more money though.

Narrow width for a true 13D
A little too narrow on the sides at the arch and presses inward while walking. I like the style as it is similar shape as the Gaviota 5 that fits right, so I went with another pair in all black.

Tried and True my work shoe!
I have used these as my work shoe for years! I work in medicine and an sometimes in procedures for hours wearing a heavy lead apron, and foot and knee pain is almost exclusively a things of the past! Try them for yourself!

I love running in these
My running times have gotten faster, my feet are comfortable, and the quality of the sneaker has actually improved. Glad I bought them.

Warranty issues
I purchased a pair of shoes on 6/24/2024. Warranty issue with the shoe material ripping away from the sole. Website is very slow and hard to navigate.

Bondi 8
After ordering my first pair in women's, I couldn't find any additional colors in my side. So, I went to the men's department and found exactly what I wanted. I love the color choices and have found the Bondi 8 in either men's or women's to be extremely comfortable with a wide toe box. My niece, a busy mom and RN, also wears and loves her Bondi 8. She is on her feet a great deal and thoroughly enjoys her shoes as much as I do!!

Maybe
Shoe is a "large" in the toe box, , it is a D width, I ordered a regular, not real happy so far with the shoes, time will tell. I called and was told the shoe only comes in 2 sizes in the toe box D and a large. Is this true?

Returned it for Bondi 7
I wear an orthotic and need a combination of a stable foot bed and cushioning for my forefoot. Bondi has been a life saver for me and I've been wearing it for several years. The Bondi 8 felt good initially but after two weeks my feet were hurting and I started getting foot craps at night. I don't think it's as supportive as it was. A few reviews on the internet mentioned that Bondi 8 was a softer shoe than the 7. I returned it and ordered a Bondi 7 instead. With great respect, Hoka, if you have made changes to Bondi, please change it back.
