Another Winner
I have another Hoka shoe like this that I have been wearing for my walking shoe. I got this Hopara 2 because of the neural color. The mesh lining is a plus because sometimes scree gets in my other pair. I like that the back strap is adjustable. Both have good arch support and are very comfortable. It's going to be my almost exclusive shoe for my upcoming Danube River cruise. Just an additional dressier sandal for nightlife.

Huge...sadly
I bought these expecting to love them as I have 6 pairs of Hokas (Bondi 8, Arahi 6, Speedgoat 5) and love them... Especially after a calcaneal fracture last December 1, wearing a pair that my Ortho thinks saved me from shattering my leg. #1 issue... I wrote to Hoka abd sadly never heard anything back. Very disappointed. Then I bought these sandals at a small independent shoe store I loved, but before I could really decide if I loved them, he decided to retire and close the store. When I did start to wear them, they are HUGE. I bought my 9.5... my foot swims in these. I could never wear them because after my tripping accident I am very leery of how shoes fit. My foot easily goes back and forth and they make me afraid I will trip and fall again. I might be ok with a thick ped on, but what's the purpose of being able to get them wet if I need a sock??? So they did but go to Aruba, and even tho I kept trying them, I am super disappointed and they are pretty expensive to be stuck with and sitting in my closet. I am sad and furious... I did get my husband a pair too and he's fine with them. I have "introduced" and gotten 6-8 people wearing Hokas. I am a huge fan, but these have left a butter taste in my mouth Btw, how about you update your online quiz to determine the best models, because nothing new is in the mix. I'd love to be contacted...

Hoka really missed the park
At first these shoes were nice, I owned two pairs of the original Hopara prior and loved them. I was excited to try these new ones. However, these shoes quite literally fell apart in 3 months. I do use them daily for work. The original two pairs I had held up for over a year each so I am very dissapointed with the Hopara 2. I love Hoka and most of their products but these need a lot of work.

I absolutely love these shoes
I suffer with plantar fasciitis and at times when am on my feet for several hours I am in a lot of pain the rest of the day. Since I began wearing these Hopara's my feet have stopped hurting at all.

Runs short and wide
Have to return. I usually wear an 8.5 but my toes hit the hard front. Would have been ok in a 9.5.

Absolutely comfort
My first pair of HOKA for XCARET parks. Perfect for water and hiking activities. Absolutely comfort 10/10. Wasn't sure about sizing and the sizing chart was of great help. If you're looking for vacation shoes, look no more. Even cutter in person.

I would definitely buy again
Great product for us wide feet (bunion) girlies. The only complaint I have is that tiny rocks could get in through the back Velcro area, but it was nice to be able to adjust the back so a catch 22 I guess.

Tried to like them
I have many pairs of HOKA shoes, and most are beyond comfortable for my 'many problemed' feet. I have severe arthritis in my big toe and heel spurs so finding a good shoe is important for my daily walks. These fit as expected, maybe a bit wide as compared to the Clifton 9 (my favorite). The problem is with how they are 'laced' with the NON stretchy bungee type cord. This cord, when your feet swell, cuts into your foot and makes for a long walk home. I've tried them several times and always come back and change my shoe. It's been way too long to return them so they are going in the give away bin. So sad they didn't work out for my feet.

I would buy again
Good part , comfortable all day. Bad part , awkward up get on. Would like more openness around toes
