Why We Like The Tennine GTX Hiking Boot
The Tennine GTX Hiking Boot's extended rubber around the heel gives a new sort of stability that we've never felt before. Not only does it lend a helping hand on technical terrain, Vibram's rubber sole gives a greater grip too. Whether we're trekking up steep slabs or carefully descending them, the Tennine GTX keeps us sure-footed.

It?s clunky and takes a little bit to get used to but my goodness it is a great fit, so comfortable and a very sturdy boot. I hiked a Fourteener in them blazed up and down within a couple hours, boots were great.

They are super comfortable and really do think they extend a hike BUT these boots have zero durability. The backs of the long soles easily wear down and already the vibram sole is becoming dethatched from the soft sole. It is nowhere near worth the $250 price tag given that I have only had these for about 4 hikes. I think hoka needs to really redesign those soles to be able to take more wear and tear,l I do not recommend this product.
