Love the cup - the lid not so much
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought one of these last year on sale and lost in by the end of the month. Repurchased seeing my favorite color, Lilac as an option, and while I'm glad to have my cup back, the lid is difficult to fully push in. I don't remember having so much trouble getting the lid flush with the lip of the cup, I basically have to push my weight into it and hold it before it's secure. It doesn't leak because of this, but it's annoying to take that first sip, feel that gap, and then have a small dribble disappear under the lid. And so far I've had no issues getting the straw lid on. Overall, this is the perfect size for a stroll, or in a car, and temp control is amazing.

Love this cup

I had an issue with the cap not staying in place but the Hydroflask team was quick to replace after my contact. I cannot speak enough about how well they resolved my issue. I am very happy with my purchase.

Trash Lip
I always get my things from this brand and will still continue to these cups aren’t the best though because they aren’t attachable tops they’re just based off suction and after five uses the suction ran out so now the lid is always open when you put it on it’s horrible and they don’t have one where you can screw it closed so be careful ordering this product cause the suction of the lid will wear out and you’ll have to find a replacement

Lid doesn’t stay on
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lid won’t stay on if you put hot liquid in it!! Very disappointing, since I’m a huge Hydro Flask fan. I’ve seen this is as extremely common issue, please address it. Still a good cup, just can’t use the lid.

Best product
