zipper is great!!

Perfect Pack

Discontinued Backpack Cooler Was Much Better
Feels plastic and cheap. Zipper is annoying. Design makes it difficult to reach in for drinks and nearly impossible to fully drain out melted ice water after use. A failed design.

warranty replacement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the zipper broke on my discountinued cooler backpack, so I emailed hydro flask to see if they would just fix the zipper. instead they said to send back the item and they would replace it with the new version. total time was about two weeks from first email to them. amazing service! I've always liked their products but now I'm a customer for life.

CRAFT PACK IN VT
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pack was a warranty replacement. The original pack was fantastic, but the zipper broke on the main compartment, so I made a warranty claim. Hydroflask was great and guaranteed the pack. It was replaced and the new one is very nice with a better zipper configuration that looks to have a little more longevity built into it. Can’t wait to pack it with my craft beer and get out in the country!

Day Escape

Terrible new version
This new version of their backpack cooler is terrible. Extremely hard to get into the cooler and get what you’re looking for. The opening I designed in such a way that you cannot see what you have in the cooler. Very small opening.
