I’m surprised at how fragile

Love this bottle
I love this new design. Doesn’t leak when closed. Can turn any which way. My only complaint is that when you flip open the straw, it has to be all the way flipped open to be able to drink. This is no issue except that when you touch your mouth to it, it starts to close. You need to hold the straw with your hand while drinking. Is this just a flaw in the new design?

Disappointed
I loved this brand and bottle but I’m having a hard time understanding how the inside has brown spots. I wash my bottle clean after each use and it’s not like I use it everyday.
