Leaks
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I had a bad cap and requested a replacement and upon receiving it turns out that it still leaks. I decided to test all 6 mugs/cup that uses the lids and they all leak when tilted sideways which. If turn fully upside down there are no leaking issues. Tilted sideways, the lids leak at the slider which is what most people tend to do when moving around with a mug or cup. Lots of coffee stained clothes in public as a result or coffee wet items in bag.

Color lid options
Hello, can I please order a Sage green lid for hot coffee? I bought the version with the straw in the store but I’d like to have the lid match the color so my wife can drink hot coffee too and have the mug look complete. I know it comes with a color lid when you buy that version from the site and would be great to get just the lid in a colored version.

Doesn’t Work
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got an all around tumbler, thought the lid it came with was defective as it wouldn’t stay on and would just pop off, especially with hot beverages, and was sent a replacement. The replacement lid also didn’t work. The pressure makes the lid instantly push back out. So I guess the tumbler cup itself is defective, or in general this design overall does not work and apparently was not tested thoroughly enough.

Closeable Press-in Lid

Does this rubber gasket like some other others come off this lid for cleaning underneath purposes? I tried tentatively, but it seemed like it really couldn’t without perhaps damaging it?
