Flex sip lip
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the 16 oz coffee wide mouth to accompany my 20 oz with the flip top. I decided to add the flex sip lid to the 20 oz. I like the new lid much like the older lid it keeps my coffee or tea hot when I travel to rehearsal or jobs. My minor complaint is I need to use a lid wrench to disassemble or assemble the lid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I was happy that the lid was replaced free of charge, it is not a leakproof lid, as the last one I had WAS. I work in education, enjoying my coffee each a. m. and loved it remained in my hydro Flask, where this one lets the coffee leak onto whatever's nearby. Disappointed for sure.

A little drippy at first

I took the lid apart to clean it, then screwed the top two pieces together first. Now I can't get the third piece back on and I can't unscrew the top two pieces. Is there a trick to this?

I am missing just a part of the wide mouth flex sip lid. I have the bottom piece and middle piece, but my purchase exluded the rubber part and the top part that is used to open and close sipping part of lid. I'd like to replace just the missing items
