I've been a fan of the Normatec leg compression boots system the whole time I've been working for my PT clinic. Finally took the plunge and got my own for home and they have been SO worth the investment. After a heavy lift sesh or any form of running, my legs feel a little more light after a session in the boots. I easily use them at least 4x/wk varying between 15-30 min sessions as time allows. Worth the buy!

The gold standard for leg compression sleeves

Expensive, but worth every penny. Purchased for my son, a competittive distance runner. These are the same sleeves used by his trainers and coaches. Highly recommend to anyone putting serious mileage on their legs.

Must have for hard leg workouts!

As an avid cyclist, adding the Normatec has made such a difference in my leg recovery and added to my performance. Would highly recommend for other cyclists, hikers, climbers etc as part of their recovery process.

I love to use these after a long run or when my legs are feeling tired it has helped tremendously with my recovery

Amazing addition to recovery regimen

reduces swelling & soreness after hard workouts or runs. improves bloodflow before workouts as a warm-up. The battery last long enough on its own to not need to be plugged in for every use. Quiet enough to watch TV alongside.

Great addition to my recovery routine

I was first introduced to this product through my roommate who’s a cross country runner and loved to use the normatec legs after hard workouts and insisted that they were boosting his recovery. I’m on the cross country ski team at my school and had never seen normatec before so I was initially suspicious, however, after using them many times, I can definitely say that they have a noticeable impact on recovery. I’ve particularly enjoyed using them after super intense high lactate bounding intervals, using the normatec legs helps me alleviate that heavy feeling that I used to struggle with.

Great leg recovery after long runs! Also we use this after long airline flights. Helps legs stay healthy and fresh! Highly recommend this brand!

Very good on fast recovery after 20+ Mile runs, would you use religiously in college Track and Field. Easy to setup and use. No complaints or issues
