The Icebreaker BodyFit 260 1/2-Zip Tech Top is a merino wool top that keeps your core temperature regulated: the wool's air pockets trap your body's heat in while the fibers absorb and release your sweat so you stay comfortable when moving fast on snow or icy ground. The zip collar allows greater control over your level of warmth or ventilation. The soft fibers sit snugly against your skin while forward side seams eliminate chafing while you move, and the regular fit allows for a little more wiggle room. Offset shoulder seams accommodate backpack straps. A drop-tail hem provides extra rear coverage. With this level of snug comfort and protection, you'll be able to focus on the line- or trail-at hand.

True to size. Comfortable as a base layer or over a shirt for working out in my cool garage. I can wear it all week and let it air out between wears, good as new the next day.

The BEST, most comfortable turtleneck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product so much....I have given 4 to friends for presents and purchased one for each of my sisters. Along with that I have purchased 3 for myself which i rotate through. They are amazingly comfortable. easy to wash and look great. I play golf in them, hike in them and wear them out to dinner with a scarf at add bit of jazz. One of my all-time favorite products!

Great Product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had one of the 260 Long-Sleeve, quarter-zip tops for about five years and absolutely love it. (I used it on a trek to Mt. Everest base Camp.) I purchased this one for my partner, who plays "winter golf" (temps can be in the low 40's for early tee times), and like me, she thinks it's absolutely perfect. It's breathable, and she can move (i.e., swing the golf club) freely. She has remarked more than a few times about how warm this top keeps her. We are now both big fans of this great product.

The Perfect Base Layer!

This shirt is light enough to wear during spring/autumn, yet perfect to wear to work. I sleep in mine, then wear it to work the next. Looks tailored and professional, showcases your shape, and is long enough to cya.

I can't stop wearing this top!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already owned this top in black, so I knew that the weight is excellent for layering and staying warm, yet not looking bulky. The midnight navy color is gorgeous and I love it even more than the black. It's great that the wool doesn't get stinky because I've been wearing this almost every day since it arrived (either with the Merino 150 Siren tank or the Merino 260 Long Sleeve crewneck underneath, both also in Midnight Navy).

Excellent wool layer

Icebreaker came through again! Another well made wool top. Wool is my go to for hunting and other active pursuits when it is cold outside. Very little, to no, body odor. This is the second one I have owned. One warning, pay attention to drying temperature...dry on low, then take out and hang dry the rest of the way, to avoid some shrinkage. With my first shirt, I forgot and it was dried at a higher heat and shrank, but only slightly. Just dry with care and it will be a great shirt. Pay attention to the sizing chart and measurements. I normally wear a small in a lot of clothing, but my measurements lined up with the low range of the medium size, which fits me great.
