Awful customer service

I ordered these socks, received a package about a week later. Unfortunately what I received was not what I ordered. I received a pair of pants instead. After chatting with customer service they agreed to send me a new pair. Two days later they email me and say that the item is now not in stock. They refuse to issue me a refund until I send back the item they mistakenly sent me. (Total value $16). Very petty. Will not be shopping here again and won’t recommend this website to anyone.

If you are like me at get blisters between the toes, do yourself a favor and pickup a pair of these socks. I am trying to get into distance running and was about to quit because of the blisters. These socks literally fixed it all for me. Use the size guide to make sure you get the right fit. They are worth it.
