I am impressed how easy it was to hook up and use. It instantly gets hot and the water pressure is great.
I like the fact that when you turn the shower handle off, the water stops flowing. I also like how instantly hot the water gets. In fact, we barely turn the propane on and the water is hot. A few times, the temperature of the water was almost a little too hot. I just had to adjust the propane gas a little and it adjusted.

I wish I could explain how wonderful your product is! Well designed, efficient, mostly it WORKS. And it works easily. LOVE IT.
Simple use——water heats immediately, water temp gives a read-out immediately, quick connects and disconnects for incoming, outgoing and gas. All parts are heavy——not cheap. This is a great product. Completely satisfied!

Hot water is such blessing when you live a little rougher than most people
I like the plug and play aspect of unit just add water and propane and it’s good to go

My shower
I think its a great thing to have with you out camping away from home. Its easy to set up and take down. I especially love the pump to use water from streams or any body of water around you.

Did not work when I needed it.
I have no idea, I bought the unit expecting to have everything for my hunting trip in the Wyoming mountains. It does not come with a pump, who would buy a portable water heater to use at home were you can connect it to a hose. Yes, I should have looked closer. But, again, why would you sell a device that does not work without buying the pump separately. My entire group was very disappointed. I will be returning unit. It was never used.

Outdoor Shower
The Hottap is super portable. Lightweight. Easy to set up. Lots of hot water. Better pressure would make it awesome. I wish it had come with the cover and/or the bracket included in the kit. Also wish the cover unzipped so the cover front could be flipped up. It would be convenient to be able to zip it just enough to protect it but leave hoses attached at the bottom. Highly recommend!

Hot water, but poor quality
The bolt that you tighten by hand that's supposed to hold the support legs in place snapped in two the first time I used it. Still no word on receiving a replacement.
