Great style; really poor optics

I am a big Julbo fan and have had many pair of Julbo sunglasses and goggles. This pair fell short though. It was my first experience with the Reactiv lenses. The optical quality was awful. There were optical inconsistencies and aberrations everywhere. I never got to fully explore the photochromic lenses as the optical quality was too distracting to want to wear them very long. I returned them immediately.

Lightweight and comfortable

These have been my primary trail running/mountain sport sunglasses for the past year and I highly recommend them. They transition plenty dark enough for sunny days above tree-line, but change quickly enough so that I can keep them on while passing through forests. The lenses are big enough and bottom frame small enough so that seeing my feet in my peripheral is not an issue. They are also incredibly lightweight which means you can keep them on for all-day efforts without annoyance.
