Why We Like The Klymit Double V Sleeping Pad
Sleeping with a partner makes a night under the stars as cozy as can be. Whether we're together in a double bag or prefer our separate mummies snuggled close, the Double V Sleeping Pad keeps us both comfy the whole night through. Two pads can slide apart during the night, and traditional double-wide pads can create uneven air distribution, but Klymit's unique V-shaped chambers keep the air evenly spread so we can be as happy outdoors as we are in bed.

Happy with the warranty
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The company really kept their words. Lifetime warranty products. My Double V air pad had a leak. They sent me a replacement no question ask. Thank you sending me the new pad. I love the product light weight, comfortable and compact to travel with.

Pretty great mattress, fit snug
Pretty great mattress, fit snug in my MSR 2 man hubba hubba. Only wish bag to pump in air was a bit larger.

Loses air over time. Not robust
Have had this a couple of years and, while we are not frequent campers, we have used for four or five back-country canoe trips during that time. So... not an unreasonable amount of use... Nevertheless, mattress loses gradually more air each trip and a faster rate. Thinking this could be a simple fix with a patch kit, I inflated the thing and dunked it in my hot-tub. What I found were at least five micro-holes in the awkward space where the "bubbles" on the mat are sealed. Given how many holes there were and the difficulty in sealing them, I decided to forgo playing whack- a-mole with my patch kit. Likely I'll buy a competitor's product.

Failed on third use, Look Elsewhere.....
I purchased this mat as a solution for my Wife and me sleeping together while camping. The First 2 nights we spent on it were great, and we had comfortable warm nights of sleep. However, on the last night, it deflated while we were sleeping which I thought was quite odd as the matt hadn't been moved at all. Upon coming home I attempted to fix the "punctures" using a spray bottle and seam seal. However, after patching 6 or so areas I realized that there were 100s of tiny bubbles coming from most of the seams on the matt. In the photos, you can clearly see where the face material is delaminating and how the air is escaping. This is unfortunate as I love the other products I have from Klymit, this one just seems to be an EPIC fail, that is clearly not reliable to use in the field and has been cheaply constructed when compared to Klymits other products. If you are in the market for a Double-wide sleeping matt look elsewhere........

Leaks
Great size, comfort, and weight. However, it developed multiple leaks in the zig zag seams after less than 15 nights. Klymit warrantied the mattress and sent me a new one, but that one developed the same leaks. I guess it’s just a poor design or materials. I don’t want to keep filling the landfill with warranties so I’ll look to another brand.

Not worth the price...
Definately not worth the price. Started out well and was happy with the comfort, bag not really a pump. Only used a few times last season and 1st time this spring and started to deflate. Will not stay inflated for more than 5 min. Can't find the hole, assuming it's within the seams somewhere. The bag it comes in does not pump it up as shown in videos. You can blow it up quicker by blowing it up like a baloon. Turned in a repair or replace request, got a ticket email afterwards so we'll see if they can stand by their warranty. This seems to be an issue with this pad, maybe an issue for Klymit to fix or re-design.

Great for car camping or canoe camping. I'd want something lighter for hiking.

Perfect for Backpacking! Excellent quality!
Starting with the specs it it very impressive. The quality of the sleeping pad feels great. Compared to similar models from competitors, this sleeping pad gives you higher quality materials than I felt I paid for. Very simple to use with a inlet and quick deflating outlet.. The storage bag also doubles as the inflator. For the thickness of the sleeping pad it is very comfortable. This is definately a great option for back packing, I'm taking it to the Grand Canyon next month. 10/10 would recommend.

I've slept on it four
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've slept on it four times in the last two weeks, including once when the ground was super rooty. Very comfortable. It perfectly fits the floor space of my Dagger Osmo 2p tent by Nemo.
