Why We Like The Korkers Polar Vortex 1200 Boot
When it's so cold that our coffee could freeze in mid-air, we know it's time to bust out our Korkers Polar Vortex 1200 Boots. With a comfort rating down to -60F, they're crammed with a whopping 1200 grams of Thinsulate to hold in every bit of our body heat and keep out the coffee-freezing temps. The waterproof leather and waterproof membrane lock out moisture, while the Boa system locks in our perfect fit, so we can go outside and play in arctic conditions without worrying about frostbite and cold feet. On top of all that, we can adjust our traction on the fly with the Omnitrax interchangeable sole system, which lets us switch to other Omnitrax outsoles (sold separately) to match our tread to changing terrain and weather conditions.

I bought these boots a month ago and I'm so happy that I did. They keep my feet dry and toasty. I'm a creature of comfort so I added an insole and that just topped of the feel of these boots.. The boa system works well. I'm looking forward to hopefully seeing a double boa system for aladded ancle support. They work great in deep snowy conditions. Once they have broken in, they seem to be getting even more comfortable. I give these boots a 8 out of ten.
