Prefer it to a fixed trainer

It takes a few sessions to get comfortable with rollers, but once you have the hang of it, they're a great way to train. I bought the 3 in. rollers with the fork stand, flywheel, and killer headwind fan. All of the accessories are in the closet. I like riding the rollers without the fork stand, and the other accessories add a load to the rollers. You have to be reasonably strong to ride the 3 in. rollers by themselves (but I am older guy). Anyway, I like 'em.
