Great quality and the fit is perfection. The most flattering parka I’ve found. I looked at reviews on multiple websites and feedback pretty consistently indicated it runs small and to size up. I am 5’4” 145lbs, smaller on the top and a larger behind and I am typically between a S and M in parkas depending on the brand. My measurements were right down the middle of the S range of their size band so I nervously ordered the S and am happy to report the fit is right on.

The zipper is a problem

This coat is great - lightweight and styled nicely with a trim waist and A-line hem. The high fill power down seems warm enough. However, the zipper is really substandard, especially for the price point. I bought the coat for my mom and she can't make the zipper work at all - it doesn't connect well at the bottom. I have nimbler fingers than she does, but I also had a very hard time making it work. (On closer look at reviews on this and other websites, I see I'm not the only one with this problem.) Either we will have to replace the zipper or the coat has to go back. Very disappointing.

Very excited to get what others called light and warm and that ran small. I ordered medium, though I’m a size small and I was swimming. It was really big on me. I usually where a thick sweatshirt under my coats cause I like to feel toasty. But this is so loose I could fit 2 sweatshirts on. So it’s headed back. I’m going to order the small and see what happens. Even though I didn’t wear it out, I liked the quality and lightness.

I gave this a 5 for weight( very lightweight/!) comfortable top to bottom and excellent warmth! I give this a 3 in SIZING- BE AWARE - if you are broad shouldered , hip or larger chest area - SIZE UP! . I ordered the large initially thinking it would run similar two other Kuhl coat products I own- not this one though! Way too small for me ! Once I returned for a larger size it?s PERFECT! Highly recommend!

This is the third Kuhl jacket that I have purchased. In the past I have had to size down to a large and have been very comfortable until now. Unfortunately this one has to go back- however I am going to exchange it for the extra large primarily as I have a broader back and a larger chest. Advice : If you are built like me size up! Otherwise love the style and weight-!!

Beautiful and Warm

Jackets never keep me warm enough but this one does. I?m also tall and curvy and this jacket covers me up, sleeves are long and the fit is very attractive. I feel so stylish AND warm when so sport this. I also wore this jacket walking home in a downpour and stayed totally dry. The only cons- I sized down because I thought I might need to but after wearing it a while it?s a little snug but I pull it off. It?s still a great jacket. The zipper is wierd and sometimes won?t hook up right to zip up. Super bizarre considering how expensive the jacket is.

So far the best one I tried on. I am 5?9? and 150lb and a M size was perfect. Usually I have a hard time finding jackets with longer sleeves, but this one has everything I was looking for. Very comfortable and super light and the warmest. Shoulders have enough space to not feel constricted, has long sleeves, nice pattern that gives a slim look with noticeable wait and is not to wide at the bottom, but comes around the legs to keep warm.
