Stay hydrated anywhere with the LifeStraw Go Stainless Steel Bottle—filter, insulate, and protect

What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:

“This bottle is a lifesaver for travel and outdoor adventures. The two-stage filter makes tap or river water taste clean and safe, and the stainless steel keeps my water cold all day. It’s perfect for reducing single-use plastics while staying hydrated wherever I go.”

The LifeStraw Go Stainless Steel Bottle empowers us to explore with confidence, whether we’re traveling abroad or hitting the trail. The two-stage filtration system removes bacteria, parasites, and microplastics and reduces chlorine for safer, better-tasting water. Meanwhile, the double-wall vacuum-insulated stainless steel bottle offers ample hydration, keeps drinks cold for hours, and stands up to rugged use.

Worth it

Best water bottle I’ve ever had. I live in a small town and the tap water tastes like it’s sprinkled with dirt (even though it’s drinkable) and this bottle has made it a million times better.

Great concept

This is really a great concept. I can now use tap water when I travel rather than purchase plastic bottles of water. I wish the straw was easier to draw on, but I'm getting used to it.

dont like that you have to suck the water out and its too big

i would rather that it filtered the water as I poured it in instead of when I drink it. Also the container is too wide to fit in a cup holder or back pack side pocket.

Almost perfect

My boyfriend and I had done so much research to find the perfect filtered water bottle and were a bit reluctant to spend the money because it was a bit pricey but we knew we were investing in our health so we purchased one each. The bottle is great, love the design, colours, how long it keeps water cold for and you can really tell the difference in the water, However…. We were pretty disappointed that we couldn’t drink the whole 1L bottle of filtered water. The last 10% of water where the filter doesn’t reach so you end up drinking the last 10% unfiltered. But that’s the only down side, hopefully the next upgrade improves on this.

would be excited for a 2. 0

still so hard to suck the water up - i’ve drank through it like three times now and it’s not getting any easier. also would love if the screw top cap was attached to the bottle because it’s easy to lose/misplace, then it becomes hard to carry around. it’s likely gonna get hidden in my emergency go bag or something

No thought for elderly, disabled, or chronically ill folk

The design of the bottle isn’t great, especially for anyone who struggles with motor function. Just opening the bottle was a challenge. The screw top loop & a really thin area to grip on the nozzle assures that anyone with joint pain/instability cannot open it. It’s also difficult to suck through the straw. On top of this, the bottle is just unwieldy. It should probably be skinnier than it is currently, because I cannot even hold it with one hand, unless by the loop. The design of the bottle is so unfriendly to disabled folks that I have to go back to using a hydroflask because I genuinely cannot open the bottle without help- and i only have a little arthritis and small hands as a 27yo.
