Its so rare to find short rain pants, let alone a pair that is both flattering and waterproof! I've used these through the winter on vancouver island, they've kept me dry in downpours and pack small to carry just in case. I love that they have both the fly button and full side zips. The sizing is a little big - I usually wear size 4 or 6 and went 36 (6 equivalent), they're big enough for layers underneath.

Right length, wrong waist
I wore these during the Michigan Ice Fest while climbing. These were very comfortable and were able to bend and stretch with ease. The length was good - I'm 5'10 with a 36" inseam. These stopped at the top of my boots but my socks and gaiters kept my ankles warm. These were excellent at blocking the wind. I was able to wear these over a base layer and insulated leggings layer. The only unfortunate part was that the waist was a bit big and poofy. I didn't exchange for a lower size in case they would be too short or too tight in the leg and I didn't want to lose that comfort. But I might have them taken in a bit. I still highly recommend.

I did not have very good luck with these pants. The fit was quite off. They fit through the legs but were seriously gaping at the waist. I tried to find way to tighten them but there are no buttons, velcro, or belt loops to be able to cinch the waist. I wore them out on a multi-day hike and the very thin material ripped in two spots on different occasions.
