Great shovel

Lightweight, easy to pack and assemble. Can't get any better than this for a shovel.

Small but mighty

This is my go-to shovel anymore. I timed myself multiple times utilizing a larger blade d handle style shovel and found I was faster and less tired using the smaller lighter shovel. I got 5 years of a lot of use out of one before I decided to retire it to a parking lot car shovel. I highly recommend this shovel for folks that carry shovels resort skiing due to its compact blade and handle and lightweight

Great product

Lightweight, packable, useful for not just skiing. Have used to dig pits and my car out of the snow. Careful that the shovel tip doesn't tear anything - I haven't had it happen but could see that being an issue if not careful.

Great shovel

this is a great shovel. it is lightweight, packs up nicely, fits in the bag, and is simple. the only issue is it doesn't have a really flat end so it can be hard to make perfectly straight pits. but for what the shovel is most important for, digging out of an avalanche, it would be ideal.

It balances size and weight well. It’s not the bigger blade, but it’s big enough and packs well.

Light, packs well, cuts through crust well. Doesn't move as much snow as heavier larger and more ergonomic shovels but that is the trade you are getting with a light shovel. Good mount points for a snow anchor. Easy and fast to deploy but the spring buttons have a tendency to ice up after extended use such as digging a pit and require some finagling to detach the shovel head from the shaft after use.

Amazing tool for the money!

This shovel is an auto-include for any snow excursion. Lightweight and compact, it fits great lashed onto any pack or outer pocket, and feels sturdy when fully expanded. I have even used it to dig my car out after a snow storm. The ONLY complaint I have is that the handle is just a touch short (you also can't side on this shovel like a sled if that's something that's important to you). If you're looking a great snow shovel to take with you or keep in your car, look no further!
