Wrong Coat - Photo Misleading

The coat simply isn’t the same coat as the picture. The pockets are in a different place than in the image shown, and there is a shiny tint to the bottom half of the coat that is not present in the image. The black coat is actually a black version of the purple coat, but unfortunately they showed a completely different black puffy coat in the photo rather than actually photographing the black coat. I called and tried to rectify how I could get the coat that I thought I was paying for and they said it was the same as what I received. I would have purchased the coat directly from Marmot (which is now available for less money and cheaper shipping) if I had known that it wouldn’t be the coat pictured. The support team says that they can exchange the coat but it doesn’t seem that they actually have the coat that they said they were selling me. Don’t waste your time or money dealing with this - buy directly from the brand.

Soft and warm

Now we have two.
