The Lanigan features a soft flannel exterior that immediately conveys warmth and coziness. The light blue color I purchased adds a timeless style, making it suitable for outdoor activities and casual urban settings. Marmot’s attention to detail is evident in the durable stitching, sturdy snaps, and overall craftsmanship of the jacket. This chore coat offers a relaxed fit, making it ideal for layering over sweaters or hoodies. The articulated sleeves and slightly longer hem provide excellent mobility and coverage. It looks like Marmot didn’t skimp on practical features. The Lanigan has multiple pockets, including two spacious handwarmer pockets and a hidden interior chest pocket with a snap closure.
