Why We Like The Marmot Refuge Insulated Jacket
With its reliable waterproof protection and unmatched warmth, the Marmot Refuge Insulated Jacket is our go-to for cold mid-winter days at the resort. The Marmot NanoPro fabric, which features post-consumer recycled polyester, is durable and breathable, and the PrimaLoft Black ECO insulation provides exceptional warmth and wind protection on a blustery day. When the storm rolls in, and we’re preparing to get dumped on with powder, we pull up the fixed helmet-compatible hood, adjust the opening for extra coverage, and focus on finding fresh lines.

Great ski jacket!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a perfect ski jacket on a recent trip to Montana. It has all the features you look for in a ski jacket, and was comfortable wearing on a hike or around town.

My first Marmot. Very impressed!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I heard good things about Marmot and gave it a try. The material is great quality. I don’t have to worry about grabbing many layers as this jacket protects me from cold and also rain. I am 5”2 and ordered small. I still find the jacket is a bit too big for me. The length of sleeves is too long but I tighten the sleeves at my wrist. Love the color. It’s unique!

Amazing!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is so amazing especially for the price! SO many pockets + the much needed pit vents. The powder skirt is meh plus after the fist 20 mins I pretty much unzip everything. Even so, it keeps me dry for the most part. The velcro over wrist is amazing. It is lightly insulated, so it doesn't exactly keep you warm in cold weather if you're thinking about using this as going out jacket like for light hiking activities or such BUT for snowboarding it's great because you don't get too hot. Highly recommend.

Lots of Marmot in my closet!
Great fit and look. Love the Port Royal color. Goes with many color pants, navy Slopestar is my favorite combo and black of course.

Is this an insulated coat? Not a single picture of the inside of the coat? And insulation is not mentioned in the description or specification; however it is advertised being worn in the snow. Can you please clarify if this item is insulated?
