I bought this for use during my trip to Japan - packed down easily into its pouch so I could stow it away in my roller bag on the flight there. Carried a pair of shoes, toiletry bag, and two compression bags of clothes during a day trip to Hakone (our luggage was shipped to our next destination in the meantime) and held up in the rain/being tossed around from cable car, aerial tramway, cruise, and bus. Easy to grab straps helped loading and unloading from the overhead shelf on trains. I really like the grippy handles, and I used the compression straps on the side to strap the bag down to the handles of the roller bag and to hold a down jacket. The shoulder strap can dig in, but given how packable this bag is, that's to be expected.

they sent me a glove instead!!!
review more on the store rather than the product. ordered the bag but they sent me a glove. Its not even close - the bag i ordered is black they send a giant green glove. worse is on the return, they asked me to return and ship it on the same cheap plastic bag they sent it in and i don't get a refund until 3-5 days until they get the item back. the bag they shipped it in is barely a 1 time use bag so there's a good chance its never going to make the return. not sure if that's by design - so they can charge you for an item you didn't want by they can't move because no one wants to buy a giant green glove
