Designed for the runner who thrives on technical challenges and frequent changes in pace, this trail runner balances cushioning, grip, and protection in one dialed-in package.
The Vibram® MegaGrip® outsole bites into dirt, rock, and mud with ease, while the FloatPro⢠Foam midsole keeps our stride light and springy over long distances. Fantastic shoe
I have purchased two pairs of these in a women's size 10 and I couldn't be happier. They fit perfect right out of the box. No break in time. I'm very selective with my footwear, I have a 6 inch screw holding my left foot together from being hit by a drunk driver. I can depend on Merrell Agility Peak 5! I'm about to order another pair š

Used for Menās Softball
I play on a menās softball tournament team and bought these trail runners to wear when I play. First time out wearing them I played in 10 softball games over 3 days. My feet felt great after each day of games and the shoes gave me great traction playing the field, running, and hitting. Iām hoping they are more durable than the Hokaās Iāve worn over the past few years whereby I went through 2 pairs over the season.

Good shoe, good look
Stable on terrain, good shock absorption, a little narrow. Should have bought the wide version

Poor quality -- failed after only 3 weeks of use
I had these shoes for only three weeks, and I ran in them no more than 5 or 6 times. However, when I was tightening the laces before a run this morning, one of the laces ripped right through the top eyelet, which made the shoe basically unusable. Very disappointing. These were my first Merrell running shoes and will definitely be my last.

One of the best pairs of shoes I have ever had
Did a 19 mile hike in these and my feet felt great the next day.

Good and Bad
I own the non-waterproof and gore Tex version. The gore Tex version seems to be 5 stars so far but the non-waterproof appear to have quality control problems. As you can see in the photos the tops of shoes are covered in loose threads that make them look terrible and cheap. The bottom soles appear to be glued on incorrectly and are wearing terribly. Merrell needs to start doing better quality control before a great customer moves to another brand.

Comfortable but they don't hold up.
This is the second pair I've had and the soles have separated on both pairs less than a year of use. This current pair has only been a couple months. Comfortable shoes with great tread and grip but very disappointing with them holding up.

Outstanding shoes
Light, super comfy, great traction and functionality, and cool looking to boot... it's my everyday shoes. I love'em... and I'm a hard person to please with my pumped up kicks.
