Didn’t feel they had any arch support. Wore them for a while and they weren’t that comfortable.

Good all around use.
As an old gal, with troublesome feet, these are about the only shoes I can wear comfortably. I like the q form best. I now have several pairs of these for back up. They have a round toe box and medium support. I do not wear them hiking, but they are great for most other things. I used to have the encore leather shoes, that were perfect. I think it is a mistake to discontinue some of these styles. Most people can't wear boots to work. I've noticed in the past few years, your boots have got narrower. Same boot, different year.

Good but not sturdy
I use these for indoor slippers the encores don’t offer as much support as the other version , my feet dont slide in or stay in easily

Not sure about the shoe...
I bought these looking for a comfortable indoor shoe that I could use at work. The jury is definitely still out, you can see from the pictures that the back of the shoe is low - but it is a lot lower than it looks. I think it will take a bit to get used to something hitting an odd spot on my heel. I would also agree with others that have said the shoe runs a bit small. I worry that if I order up, my heel will slide out when I walk.

Love these shoes!
The shoes last. They don’t stretch out and get sloppy looking after months of wear. The inner soles can be removed and laundered. Various colors match one’s daily fashion. Love , love these shoes!!
