Why We Like The Merrell Siren 4 Thermo Mid Zip WP Boot
When we won't let winter interrupt our hiking addiction, we slip into the Merrell Siren 4 Thermo Mid Zip WP Boot to keep from slipping and sliding on the trail. This winter hiking boot is snowproof with its waterproof membrane and full-grain leather uppers, and it's built to keep our feet warm with 200g Primaloft Gold Eco insulation packed inside. Snow and ice would keep us inside, either, thanks to Vibram Arctic Grip rubber outsoles, which are made for cold and slippery winter conditions. Made with a women-specific fit, the Siren 4 Thermo lets us enjoy 4-season hiking with warm feet and good grip on snowy and icy surfaces.

Too small
Cute boots but too small. I normally wear a 9 and ordered a 9.5 and would definitely need a 10 or 10.5.

Great fit
Love the fit!! I have narrow feet and have problems finding shoes/boots thst wotk well for me. They are very comfortable and look great.

Nearly Perfect
Warm, cute, great traction. Like other reviewers, it is a little narrow, but after breaking it in I'm very happy with them. I'd prefer a more narrow profile on my boots anyway. I would suggest going a half size up if you're going to wear thicker socks with them. I tend to wear a 9 or 9.5, and definitely a 9 in most other Merrill shoes, but I just wear thin socks with these. They are warm & dry, walked along Lake Superior in the freezing cold, snow & ice, with no complaints. I've gotten compliments on them.

Comfy boots
I bought these almost 2 month ago and they are my favorite boots so far. I have a narrow feet so they fit perfectly. I wouldn't recommend them for wide feet though. Even when it's -30 I am fine, they are not slippery. So I am wearing them both when it's super cold and when everything is melting. Love them

Winter Thermo 4
I’ve been mainly using these for walking in our neighborhood and other walking outings with friends!! I bought 9-1/2 which I wear and they fit with a little room for a wool sock. I told my good friend about them too and she bought a pair but went up a half size to fit a warmer sock but really likes the boot too. It keeps my feet warm enough on a cold Minnesota day!! I like the zipper too make slipping in so much easier. I definitely would recommend this boot!!

Amazing, would buy again.
Great shoe, good for hiking or just normal wear during winter. The only issue is that on like 65% of floors they squeak, I understand it might just be the shoes being clean after a snow day or what have you but it’s like more often than not I’m squeaking in a store lol.

Great boots, perhaps run small, unsure.
Mostly comfortable, waterproof, easy to put on/take off. However, I do get toe cramps while wearing these boots - I think they are maybe exactly my size (7). I am prone to getting toe cramps in ski boots, but not usually in other shoes, so not sure what was going on here.
