We finished 18 days in Europe for Christmas with 28-40F weather where we were outside for 13-16 hours a day with minor breaks indoors for a few restaurants, shops, cathedrals, and museums. My biggest issue with this piece is that the sleeves are long with the thumb holes which is great for active outfits, but under sweaters and a Down With It Parka, I was needing to fold the sleeve back which did create too much warmth at my wrists when I was taking my Parka off to look presentable at events or meals.

Fit is good, quality is good. But cannot wear this because it's sooooooo itchy when put on. Returning item
