Bought this jacket a month ago and couldn’t be more happy. It’s the perfect shoulder season jacket, the material is quality, the fit is perfect, I’m 5’11 175 with an athletic build. I’ve tried alot of other similar jackets from different Euro brands and I always ran into the same issue, the jacket was always narrow at the top by shoulders and Lats. This jacket does not have that issue, but is still slim fitting at the same time. I love the look of it as well, it’s a very technical piece yet looks sharp when wearing it out around town.

softshell jacket
great when guiding on glaciers and can withstand a quick storm. fits so nice, soft and stretchy. feels great under harness and the zipper is crisp. no vents but fairly lightweight.

Great softshell!
I use it as more sturdy wind breaker for multipitch trad climbing. Love the fabric and the elastic cuff that i can pull out of the way when im crack climbing. Its the main reason why i bought this one instead of the Arcteryx gamma.

A Softie for Shoulder Season Days
Definitely a jacket for specific shoulder season weather: colder, semi-dry days. It's a warm jacket that sadly doesn't have pit zips to let heat out when the hiking/climbing gets going. I had to fully unzip the front and leave it open. Wouldn't use it as a rain jacket. Could be used as a light snow jacket. I've been using it as a springtime (and fall) belay jacket and it works great. If you get caught in a drizzle the repellancy works shedding water and wind. Love the soft, stretch fabric that doesn't restrict moment and allows me to wear just a t-shirt underneath if need be. Big pockets all with good zippers and it packs into its own pocket. The hand cuffs are interesting and remind me of cycling jackets that are longer on top to keep water off the back your hands. It has stretch band cuff on the underside along wrist. So far i haven't had issue with them, but i worry the elastic will one day no longer be tight and the cuff could be baggy and useless. Maybe they should have stuck with classic Velcro straps to adjust cuff tightness--only time will tell. Overall i like the jacket as my backup for when i don't expect bad weather but need something just in case. A great jacket for walking around town too.
