Disappointing Redesign: Larger Fit and Less Functional Pockets
I've been a loyal fan of Mountain Hardware Dynama capris for years, and they have always been my go-to for just about everything. However, I'm quite disappointed with the new design. While I appreciate that they are still wearable, I noticed that this latest pair runs a bit larger than my previous ones, making them look quite baggy on me. One of the most baffling changes is the removal of the functional pocket on the left thigh, which was perfect for holding a phone. Instead, they've added a non-functional pocket on the right side that can barely fit a driver's license. This change results in three pockets on one side, which, when used, makes the pants uneven and causes them to pull down on that side. Whoever thought this redesign was a good idea clearly didn't consider functionality. I didn't realize the design had changed and washed them before inspecting and trying them on so I am stuck with my new pair and hoping for the best, but I sincerely hope Mountain Hardware reconsiders these changes in future versions.

Good Update!
I have been buying Dynama capris for many years. My least favorite version was the Dynama 2 since they seemed a little low in the rise and the side pockets stuck out on me. These new ones are a smoother fit and I like them much better. I have gotten two pairs and I would say they run a bit larger than the older versions. I hope they come out in a grey color.

I just got my third pair (second black ones). So light and comfy and nice pockets!

Comfortable and practical
Comfortable fit and practical with hand and phone pockets. I like the sun protection fabric and bit of extra coverage versus a pair of shorts.
