Love this Jacket
I love power grid fleece because the fabric is warm but not bulky. A full zip jacket in this fabric is perfect for the cooler days in spring and fall, and I wear it indoors as a sweater in the winter. Mountain Hardwear's jacket has awesome wrist bands with thumb holes and big pockets for phone and glasses.

Great jacket but could be improved
I bought one of these for myself and one for my wife. It is a great jacket but has a little room for improvement. Mine fits well except there it is loose at the waist. The jacket would benefit from a closer at the waste to allow you to close it tight when extra warmth is needed.

Polartec jacket
Not my favorite fabric as I was expecting it to be fleece for some reason. It does get the job done. It should work nicely under my windstop jacket even though it’s more of an orange than a red. I’d recommend this to my friends that are looking for a lightweight jacket.

Great performance hoodie!
I love this fleece as an active layer for alpine and ice conditions. The power grid gives the material a lot of flexibility while being warm but also breathable. I wear it for my entire ice climbing season and it keeps me plenty warm. I also like that it doesn't need to be washed frequently and the fabric does not smell despite use on long trips. The hoodie comes over my helmet which is a big need met as I don't like wearing beanies under my helmet. Breast pocket zipper is where my phone lives and it's easy to access with gloves on.

BRING BACK THE OLD VERSION
Wishing for the old version of this jacket that was fuzzy, breathable, and warm. Tight in armpits, awkward fit elsewhere, missing that monkey fleece cozy texture from 5-6 years ago and wishing I had bought more of them then, if I had known they'd never bring them back.

Wishing for the older version
Bring back the old version from 5-6 years ago. I've been waiting to update my gear. I had hopes this would be the one, but it is not. And MHW gear is always too tight in the armpits.

Favorite Jacket!
I bought this jacket in December of 2022 and love it! I choose the Vinson Blue Heather color and it's really beautiful. I like how comfortable it is to wear while around the house in our cool PNW climate or at the summit when it gets cooler while on a trip. I like this jacket so much I had to get a second one in red, the Alert Heather color. These are somewhat form fitting but not too light for me and super comfortable. I like how long it is in the back. This jacket looks nice you can wear it around town too. The thickness of this jacket is thinner than the Monkey Woman Grid Fleece jacket. Which makes it great for layering under down jackets. The fleece part of the Monkey Woman Grid Fleece is fluffier and thicker than the power grid. But the features are similar. I am still majorly in LOVE with the monkey woman grid fleece also and hope it will come back someday!

The PERFECT jacket does exist!
This is the most comfortable and flattering jacket I have ever owned! It is perfect for biking, hiking, snow sports or just playing outside on a fall day. I’m seriously considering buying a 2nd!

Well-made, well-designed, long active fleece perfect for cooler weather.
I bought this as an active or at times casual fleece and it is PERFECT. It is a warm season right now and I can't wait for it to cool down so I can wear it all the time. I have not yet used it heavily to be able to comment on durability, but I can say that it feels very well made, solid stitching, quality materials, etc. The details in the design are excellent as well; from the thumb holes in the sleeves to the tightness and shape of the hood, you can tell that it was very thoughtfully designed with an active, outdoorsy user in mind. One thing worth considering is the length of the sweater. I suspect is engineered this way to stay under a harness, but I am 5'9" and would be happy with it an inch or two shorter. For shorter folks and/or those with short torsos, it may feel too long depending on your personal preferences. The sizing feels about perfect. I would say it is a snug large, which is perfect for me as I tend to be smack dab in the middle of the two sizes. My body measurements for reference 40-32/33-40-ish.
