Why We Like The Mountain Hardwear Powder Maven Bib
Full days on the slopes call for complete protection, and the Mountain Hardwear Powder Maven Bib delivers. No matter how much powder flies or how wet conditions get, the 2-layer Dry.Q membrane blocks moisture from seeping through and drenching our baselayers. Body-mapped insulation is targeted to the places where we need it most, staying warmer around the thighs to keep heat close to our core. The bib itself is infused with stretch, so as we butter and smear our way down the slopes, it moves with our body to ensure that we are always comfortable and protected.

Design is very flattering
Thin but warm! Very flattering. Good length. I am 5 6” and 140. The medium fit perfect!

Warm for Michigan, questionable for petite babes!
Absolutely love the feel of these bibs! I am 5’1” and 105lbs. My body type is pretty average for a petite gal! Seeing how these were built, politely will say these are not built for anyone in my height range. Able to comfortably wear a medium size layer underneath. However the hips sit way lower than they need to creating a curve lower than visually appealing. What I’m saying here if you’re buying this for looks at my height, probably not the best idea. But if you’re buying for functionality these are great quality!

Great fit, great quality
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
- Size Bought:
- medium
5'6 145# muscular build, the medium fit great with plenty of room for layers underneath. These bibs are high quality, completely waterproof, and comfortable.

Nice but not accessible!
Liked the features and fabric of these bibs but was very disappointed to find they did not have proper potty access - requires taking off everything on top and likely dragging the bibs along the floor in order to pee. So sad.

Great Material, Poor Design
The material of these pants is beautiful. Lightly insulated, quiet, stretchy and comfortable. The design of the pants is terrible. Firs of all, you would have to take everything off in order to use the bathroom. There is no way to drop these pants without taking the straps off, undoing the zipper in the front and pulling the whole thing down. This is a deal-breaker for me. The next issue is the pockets. The way they are designed makes them stick out even when zipped shut. Maybe not a problem if you are super skinny and the pants are super loose, but for those of us who aren't as thin or who don't want the pants to be super baggy, this just looks terrible. They fit true to size and I am disappointed but these are definitely getting sent back.

Tasty Bibs
I've had these a few weeks and out of the box, I appreciated the quality. I've since worn them in different conditions on the hill, and they've performed well all around. Dry, warm, durable and style for days.

Yes, please!
Bibs that are flattering and beyond comfortable for curvy figures- also true to size which I’ve never experienced in a bib before. Room for hips, I can sit comfortably, have unrestricted range of motion, and somehow I don’t look like the Michelin man in them too. I don’t know how they pulled this off, but these things are awesome.

Favorite Bib!
I wore this bib for the craziest winter Tahoe has seen in years! Love how comfortable it is- from the insulation, the feel of the fabric is quiet and soft, ample pocketing and love the rise of it under my jacket!
