Disappointing with the remodeling

I bought these in the past, I am short and have big legs, they were perfectly roomy in thigh and calves- also liked the gusset in crotch area for it prevent that area from seam split, and wear and tear along seam at thighs. The back pocket was large enough. They were my everywhere pants, travel pants, biking, walking pants. The new pair is different- pockets too small, no longer the gusset on inseam/down inside thighs- seems like the leg is narrower, so now its a tighter fit, and narrower at bottom of pantleg giving it a peg leg, rather than straight leg look. Now they are no different than most pants. I will need to look elsewhere for pants.

Not appropriate for any weather.

So disappointing. I got these mainly to be a one layer option to take the dog on his first walk...My thighs freeze. They trap enough body heat to not be able to wear on cool days. On the other hand on cold days, the icy air blows right through them. I also wished they were higher waisted. I generally really like mountain hardware, but these massively miss the mark.

Pants Need Pockets

I bought these in the hopes that they might become my winter go-to all rounder pant. I love a good lined pant! These fit okay and are very comfortable, but WHERE ARE THE POCKETS??? Do you know how hard it is to find pants for women with adequate pockets? This pant has potential, but needs more pockets. I don't have a sherpa nor do I carry a purse, so one little pocket on the thigh is simply not enough to make these very useful for anything but lounging on the couch. Perhaps the outside porch couch.

Too Short

I bought these as they claimed they had a 32" inseam. They don't and are too short, I measured and the inseam is only 29", this is in the XS. Very disappointed I now have to return and keep looking for a brand that actually makes a longer inseam for women.
