Great Bag, Bad Straps
The bag portion of this bag is everything I wanted - tough, packable/stuff able, and just a little bit of organization. The straps are everything that I read in other reviews warned about. It's not like I was expecting Futura in a packable bag...but no carry mode actually works with these straps. They're too short for cross-body, and weirdly unbalanced for shoulder carry. I honestly plan to destroy them to get the hardware to install on a longer strap.

Well-executed, versatile bag
I used the Mission Duffel on an Ecuador trip, and liked it so much I wanted a lighter version for short and/or light frontcountry trips, mountain biking weekends, etc. The Stuffel fits that bill. It’s a great mix of the right features without getting too fancy with gimmicks.

Well made, tough, and functional.
Had enough space clothes and toiletries for a 4 night trip to Siesta Key FL (you don't need bulky clothes there) then stuffed into shared suitcase with wife. On way home, I used it as a pillow on the plane, and had snack inside too. Kind of expensive as all this vendor's items are...

Simple, but really well made
