Love it
This bag is exactly what I was looking for. I'm always a fan of pockets and love how many this one has + I like the color for safety.

Great bag, but a little tight
Confortable fit and no leaking! The hose is a bit long - tends to flop around. The reservoir is actually easier to fill and close than my prior hydration vest. Steep price esp for not including the front soft flasks. Tight fit - and I followed the size guidelines. I have trouble wrangling my phone, gels, car key (which is admittedly a bulky key), tissues and a soft flask into the front pockets. On my old bag, I would have two soft flasks in front — can’t do that with this one.

Awesome fitting race vest
I finally found a race vest is perfect for the petite woman. The vest doesn't fall off my shoulders like other vests do. It's also very light and I love the waterproof phone pocket

Perfect for running in the heat!
I absolutely love this running vest. It’s light weight and super breathable. These qualities are a must for us south Texans! I purchased 2 flexible water bottles to use in front pockets vs using the provided bladder.

Poor fit- size guide was inaccurate
This vest does not fit according to the size chart. It was expensive so I was sure to measure as instructed and fell right in the middle of the range for XS. Discovered on first run it is too tight and had bruising on my ribs. Also took forever for shipping. Very disappointed I spent all this money for this product and have the wrong size

Great fit!!
The vest fits amazing! I am 213lbs, a size 38DD, 4’11”. The XL fits best!! It does run slightly small so go up if you are bustier. My only complaint is the hydration pack smelled soooooo strong of a chemical smell. I washed it with soap and it helped with the smell but it was still pretty bad and when I drank the water it tasted like a chemical. I do believe after a few uses that should go away but I only used it one time so far. I would also suggest they go up on the women’s sizes.

Great mid-sized running pack
I purchased this pack after a lot of research for a 10-15 liter running pack with enough storage for full day mountain trail outings. This pack is smartly designed with the placement and variety of pockets. I love how large the front pouches are for soft bottles and food, and especially appreciate that there are 2 zip pouches large enough to fit a phone and bulky keys. The back pockets and pouches seem odd at first, but are quite efficient. The right pouch works well for stashing poles points up, or you can stuff a pair of gloves or a layer in it for easy access. There is a smaller pouch that fits a first ait kit well, and the bladder pouch could be used for other items. The zip pouch shape works best if you use small stuff sacks. The stretchy fabric is very comfortable and keeps the pack in place when running. As other reviewers mentioned, determine your size by the bust measurement, not the waist. The waist strap has an inch or 2 that can be tightened down, but the bust number in the sizing chart is the max expansion of the chest strap. While many rumners are anti- hydration bladder, I actually really like the insulated bladder included; the shape does not make the pack bulge when full, the hose has a magnet that keeps it in place, and the bladder provides some back cushion and shape to the pack. On the cons side, the breathability of the pack material means sweat will permeate the rest of the pack; use stuff sacks to keep items dry like clothing layers or paper maps. My only other gripe is the small size of the velcro closures. They are about 3/4" wide and sit in the middle of the open pockets, which means they pull open easily. The kangaroo side pouches open up mid-run when the pack is full. If the velcro extended the full width of the pockets, I think they would stay closed better without compromising anything measurable in pack weight.

Needs improvement
After all the highly rated reviews, and at this price point, I expected better. On the bright side, the bladder didn't seem sloshy, the material is really light and comfortable, and the zippered pocket accommodated my phone just fine. I also appreciated that the hidden whistle is anchored deep in one of the zippered pockets, so it doesn't bounce against anything else you put in the pocket (this happens with another vest I have, and the noise is exceedingly obnoxious). However, this vest needs some improvements: 1. There are no loops to help secure the half-liter flasks you can put in the front pockets. This is an epic fail. The flasks sink down into the pockets as they empty, making is a real pain to pull them back out to take a sip. 2. The angled pocket on the back is probably fine for poles, but terrible if you want to use it for anything else, especially something small like sunscreen--it's open at the bottom, with only a small velcro closure, so items can easily slip out. I hadn't realized this before I took it out on a run, and was glad I heard the thud of my sunscreen hitting the ground when it fell out. 3. Sizing. FWIW, I'm a 32G; sternum measures 31", bust measures 36", so I went with the Small. Should have ordered a Medium. The chest straps are very short, and at full extension, the lower one was extremely tight. So much so that I actually found it a little hard to breathe when I was running and had to release the strap on uphill segments. The straps also sit awkwardly across the chest, and need more room for adjustment vertically. 4. I was out for a long run and had a lot of extra gear and food with me, so all the back pockets were pretty full. I found that items nearer the top of the back pockets were moving around a lot, and it would be nice if there was a way to cinch down the gear storage to eliminate bounce.

AWFUL DESIGN
The vaporhowe was the BEST! I tried to find a replacement and this one does not come close. It is awful. The vaporhowe had a big bladder pocket and a big kangaroo pocket and a smaller zip pocket. The zipper pocket did not compromise the size of the big storage pocket (could easily fit a puffy and poles in the big kangaroo pouch) The pinnacle has the pocket for the bladder which is fine, but the kangaroo pocket design is awful. Instead of being a big open pocket like the vaporhowe, the pinnacle pocket is divided into 2 sections. Neither work well. The open pocket is not big enough for a jacket or layer, and to make matters worse the bottom of the pocket is OPEN! There’s a Velcro closure- I guess the idea is you can reach in from the bottom and grab something but the VELCRO DOES NOT STAY CLOSED so anything small falls out. The other side of the kangaroo pouch has a vertical zipper which is fine but neither pocket is the correct size. Poorly designed. It is the most annoying running vest I have ever tried.

Durable!
I have owned my Pinnacle vest for 2 years and have definitely put it through the test with multiple ultras - several 50 milers, a 100k, and a 100 miler. It has proven its durability. So much storage areas and various sized pockets that I can find a place for any running essential. After long runs, I just toss it in the washer therefore it has even lasted through many washing machine cycles. I am not a fan of the insulated bladder it comes with so I replace it with a regular 2L Nathan bladder - I find these to be much easier to fill and MUCH easier to clean as you can turn them inside out. No amount of insulation can survive the AZ heat so it wasn't a feature that was important or beneficial to me. A great vest overall!
