Easy to set up, tear down and is comfortable
This is exactly what I was looking for in a car camping pad. The pad itself is filled with air and a thin layer of foam. Significantly more comfortable than any air mattress that I have slept on. The pad packs down small enough that I can fly with it when needed. The pad will self inflate a decent amount in about 15 minutes. Then you can easily use the air sack that it comes with to add air to it. The air sack is pretty unique to Nemo and I love it. You blow a little air into a sack and squeeze the air out the other end - much easier than blowing directly into a pad. Deflating takes more effort than a more compact pad but still not bad - I roll it up once to get the air out after letting it self deflate a bit. Then I do it one more time to push any residual air out and that’s usually good enough.

Slept on a cloud!
This was so awesome. If it weren’t for my kids in the tent with me I would have had the perfect sleep. So easy to inflate, stays inflated and is sooooooo dang comfy. I’ll be pulling this out for company as well as using it in the tent. I’ve never been camping and not felt the ground. This was a game changer. Thanks for a great sleep!!

Very comfortable
From a very picky sleeper, this pad is as good as a top-quality mattress. It doesn't feel like it a an air mattress, thanks to the cellular structure. It took a while to self-inflate the first time out of the bag. I eventually pumped in some air. It works great now. Very easy to stow away, and very light.

Comfortable and long-lasting
This mattress is more comfortable than the mattress I use for a bed, and can be inflated or deflated to customize the comfort for different body types. Soft and strong, it's the second one I'm buying, as my son "borrowed" the first one for an indefinite period. If you have cats, do not let them scratch the mattress. Otherwise it is very sturdy.

Quiet and comfortable
This couple owns the double and it is the most comfortable camping mattress built for two. An added bonus is that the soft face fabric is quiet which allows your partner to sleep even if you are a restless sleeper. Fits perfect in our 3 person tent for a great glamping experience.

Turn that hard ground into Glamping!
Turn camping on the hard ground into Glamping. This mattress is so comfortable and insulates well from ground heat loss. I expect years of use from NEMO! It is large inflated so make sure you have room but does stow in the bag easily.

Roamer, sleeping bliss!
I’ve tried a LOT of different pads and the Roamer is by far the most comfortable and warmest I’ve slept on. It is heavy but that’s to be expected of a true luxury sleeping pad. I’ll take the weight in exchange for the comfort any day!

A step up!
It takes a bit to blow this up, but seems pretty solid once it's ready. Definitely a step up from the old 1 inch thick pad.

Self Inflating Mattress - XL Wide
Excellent mattress, a little big for backpacking but great for car camping and or scouting. Very comfortable and easy to inflate.

Just bought a Roamer XL Wide. I am going to be staying on a remote island for about 4-5 months soon. Could you recommend some patching supplies that I should carry in case of a leak.

Hello, what type of pump can I use to inflate my pre 2019 mattress please? A Nemo Roamer Long Wide, bought in Jan '20 with 2 valves so I think the manufacture was pre 2019. I have a lung condition and I can tire easily when blowing into it

Can you toggle a Double and XL Wide together?

If I store the mat long term deflated, will it lose some of its cushion over time? Should I store it inflated to protect the longevity of the product? Thanks!

Will this fit with the jazz double luxury?
July 31, 2021
What the best way to pack up the double? If I fold directly in half (to fit in the included duffle bag) before I roll it up, the fold goes right up to the middle valve. Will this damage the valve if I always pack it up this way?

Will this pad fit in the Dagger Ultralight 2 person tent? I believe it’s two inches wider than the tent specs but was hoping that the tent could handle it.

Would it hold up with a 50lbs dog?
July 8, 2021
I have always stored my other self-inflating pads laid flat between uses, valves open, because I'd heard somewhere that the foam would take a compressed "set" otherwise and then wouldn't self-inflate as well. Is a similar approach wise with the Nemo?
