Bad Restocking Fee
I am disappointed by the new restocking fee - the shoes did not fit and I had to return them - will not be buying online from New Balance again.

Returned for refund
The Fresh Foam X Hierro Mid Gor-Tex did not fit. I returned them and received a full refund

Don't bother
The shoes left my ankle bruised and are unwearable. Would not recommend.

Not as comfortable as I hoped
Tongue attached to sides three sides as opposed to only one making putting them on a bit of a struggle. There is also a fold where the tongue meets the inside that digs into the top of my foot.! I like that they’re waterproof, and that’s why I bought them. The inner sole is comfortable. Overall, I wish I got something else.

Great shoes - ugly laces
These shoes fit and feel great, but why do they come with the ugly orange laces? Are brown laces available? I'm not planning to shoot myself in the foot.
