Highly recommend!
These are by far my favorite running shoe. They are comfortable for long, indoor or outdoor runs. Lightweight, and very comfortable. I’m very pleased with the comfort, functionally and look of these.

running tight and small
I am usually size 6 in sneakers and flats. I ordered 6.5 because my 2 older NB running shoes are fitting great in that half size bigger. This one feels so small, hardly was able to squeeze my feet in them and even feels short and very narrow. My older NB are regular fits. Are NB started running smaller? I just can not imaginge ordering size 7 but maybe I will try it next time, have to return these.

Okay, but prefer previous version
I’ve been wearing the Fuelcell Rebel for a few years now. I typically buy a few pairs and rotate them so I’m not wearing the same pair each day, this helps me get a longer time wearing them before needing to be replaced. I prefer the previous two versions over the v4. The previous 2 versions I could tie, no double knot needed, and they’d stay put. V4 I can’t seem to get a good lock down when I tie it. I am having to stop mid run and retie my sneakers so they feel secure, even on a quick 5 miler. They seem to get loose and I definitely have to double knot them. Otherwise they feel fine, the tie down is pretty important though.

light and bouncy

Very good shoe for middle distance tempos.
Lightweight but sturdy for less ankle movement- is a good tempo show for middle distance or longer sprinters. Makes the individual feel springy while still being fast.

Amazing performance
Amazing trainers. Lightweight, great soles, fantastic performance. Any knee or hip aching I experienced after long runs has disappeared since using these trainers.

More cushion than expected
I have been running in the 880s as I prefer my shoes to have more ground feel and less cushion. I wanted to try a new model, and saw these were rated by New Balance to have similar amount of cushioning as the 880s. They're not a bad shoe, and I'll continue to run in them, but just know that they definitely feel way more cushiony than 880s. Despite the cushion, they do feel pretty springy and fast.
