Tighter fit, the original version is better
I have several pairs of the original 440s, so seeing the new silhouette was exciting. However, the fit of the V2s is nowhere near the comfort level of the V1s. These feel half a size smaller,particularly in the toe box, plus have an odd fit around the ankles due to the curve of the back. While I will still end up wearing these, I do wish I hadn't bought them.

Nice pair of hightops. 1/2 size up tho

Nice looking pair of hightops. Def order a half size up though: every other pair of shoes I own is a 10.5 and this 10.5 is so snug I returned and am awaiting delivery of an 11. Nice and light on the foot, seems to be a good amount of cushion and arch support, but hard to tell as they were too snug Arrived with a few marks on the left shoe (reporting here with pics so my return isn't denied, claiming that I marked them. Only allows 1 pic)

Not wide
Wife is not not wide enough. High tops are wider than low tops but both built for low volume foot. Stop with unisex sizing. Men and women are different.

wide ?
great shoe only minor complaint is wide version still seems narrow...yes i have wider feet but I've had many EE shoes and all of them were bit to alot more roomy than these but thanks for even offering wide version skate shoe ! only new balance offers i think ?
