Fluffier than when I bought it!

I've used the down wash many times on sleeping bags and coats. I was excited to add the water repelling qualities to my sleeping bag. The wash always leaves my down items looking better than they did before - getting out dirt, grime and sweat. I had an inexpensive quilt without water resistant down that I used this on. The wash worked great, and I think the water resistance went up. I didn't notice it holding on to as much moisture each night, so it felt warmer. Make sure to leave plenty of time for drying -I think I may have short changed my dry time and did end up with a few clumps. I hadn't had that problem before when I dried everything for longer.

I had a gnarly down coat loaded with stains that despately needed some TLC. I sprayed the coat with stain remover and brushed it lightly with a nail brush, before tossing it in the washer with down wash. Wow, it came out gorgeous! So easy. I took my coat from being ready for the donation bin to looking nearly brand new!

Excellent way to wash down outwear to renew natural properties of the down fill. Worked great on a couple down jackets.

Wash your stuff with this

I used this to clean a terribly smelling sleeping bag. I was ready to toss it but Nikwax saved the day - my very warm bag is now fluffy again and super clean. The smells are gone and the warm down is saved. Next up are all those down jackets my family’s been wearing all Winter. If you don’t regularly wash your down for fear of it getting ruined - fear no more. Use this and restore the clean, get rid of smells, and get your warm fluff back like you had it when you first got it.

My down jacket needs a bath!

I love my 800 fill-down jacket and wear it a lot. So much that it gets dirty. Down Wash is the best way to keep my jacket clean, and fluffy! It's easy to use and does not harm the planet! Just add the Down Wash to my washer and follow the care directions on my jacket. Some wool dryer balls set on the coolest setting and we are as good as new.

This product works great for cleaning down gear. It works great on jackets and sleeping bags. I used to be scared to clean my down gear, but this stuff works and it works great.

Cleans bag without perfumes

For hunting this product cleaned my down bag without the smelly perfumes that notify animal's of humans near by. The down and the bag shell were also improved, adding warmth at night.
