this is not a running review (i am not a runner)- i bought these looking for a design-oriented , tech-infused urban-use boot for everyday wear. i asked nnormal if the lugs would get excessive wear on concrete surfaces, i was told they would be fine. i think they perform admirably for this usage - they are very light, supportive, well cushioned w/o feeling "floaty", they don't feel massive like some other sneaker boots i have tried (terrex/etc..) - the outsole has great grip on slippery concrete, and the waterproofing has done a great job in some pretty intense downpours. 4/5 for me - not sure what i would change about it - i wish there were some reflective aspects/etc, but it wasn't designed with street use in mind. they could easily pivot this model to streetwear, but that might compromise some of the performance aspects... as-is, highly recommended.
