Horrible Customer Service

Apparently Backcountry.com is so inept that they posted an entire sale on their site and didn't proofread?! I was so excited to find this helmet at a good deal and my order ( along with many other people's orders was cancelled). They " made a mistake" and didn't honor their listed prices after I paid and was eagerly awaiting my package! So disappointed! Would give NO stars if possible. Questions answered below are inaccurate but had to be answered to give review - I just wanted to warn others that Backcountry doesn't honor the prices they post.

Solid helmet!
Overall very pleased with the fit and style. It’s expensive but what’s the price for protecting your head. Bought this as a complement to a full face and it’s solid quality.
