I heard about this brand of shoes through my doctor Mom Facebook group, they had a bunch of recommendations for hiking boots. I was attracted to this brand because they are made specifically for women. I read some of the reviews on Backcountry, which were helpful to help me figure out what size to buy. I am a true size 7 1/2 and I purchased a size 8. They fit perfectly. I tend to like my shoes on the smaller side because I hate slippage, but these are roomie enough for thicker socks but I can also wear thin socks and feel supported. As other people have said, the ankle is a little on the smaller/narrow side. I figured it would be fine for me since I have a pretty small, thin foot, and I was able to put them on and go for a walk with them without needing to break them in. I did not get any blisters and they were comfortable for several miles. I haven’t done any serious hiking in them yet, but will be taking them on my trip to the Azores. The toe box is a little wider, and again I prefer my shoes a little more snug, but it’s normal sizing, not excessively big. Given that I bought these off the Internet without going anywhere in person to try shoes on, I think I hit the jackpot. I also love the blue color and the purple laces.

Great stability

I have hyper mobility and these are the only boots I’ve found so far that don’t let me continuously slip. They aren’t super water resistant. Hit you can’t get a good minute or two before water penetrates. Good for warmer weather only.
