Grips
We've been thoroughly impressed with OneUp Components' pedals, chainrings, tools, and dropper posts, so when we heard that they started making grips we had high expectations. Thankfully, the OneUp Grips do not disappoint, thanks to an ergonomic shape that's designed to reduce arm pump and hand numbness. This is achieved by replacing the hard outer clamp of dual sided lock-on grips with extra rubber that serves to cushion the heel of your palm, improving comfort on long rides and chunky descents. The diamond knurled texture with saw tooth finger ramps provides plenty of traction without needing to death-grip the bars, which ultimately means less arm pump and fatigue. Plus, they're available in six different colors so you can add a touch of flare to your steed.

Fantastic grips
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
As a gloveless rider I really love the rubber compound and the mold is spot on.

Only Grips I'll Use!
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
I've been using these grips for about a year and I'm already on my 2nd pair! (I should add I ride minimum 3x a week and I also crash semi-frequently. So they don't wear out super fast, I just use them a lot!) I can also comment that they hold up pretty well in a crash. They are super grippy but still give a good bar feel, and I feel like they reduce my hand fatigue. The single lock-on is nice and simple, but there's a plastic lining inside the grips to make them a little stiffer like a dual-sided lock-on. I wear a size L glove if I'm buying women's gloves or a size M if I'm buying men's, so I have a pretty average-sized hand (some of my smaller handed friends say these are a little too big for them, but I don't have personal experience with that). Pair these with the OneUp Bars for a fire combo that has enough flex to reduce hand fatigue, but still has a grippy and confident feel.

Not what I hoped for
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
I got these for more comfort on longer rides. I've used them on two rides now first was only 5 miles of gnar and I already noticed they gave me hand fatigue I didn't have before but the grip is amazing. The next ride was 12 miles and my hands were super uncomfortable. Normally up to 16 miles without any hand discomfort. So I think they would work for someone else but just not for small hands.
