Endurance Tubeless Sealant
If you’re looking for just the sealant and already have the injection system, then the Orange Seal Endurance Tubeless Sealant is your go-to option. It comes in various sizes, but all fit with the screw-top of Orange Seal’s injection system — should you already have that. The formula itself is designed to last two-three times longer than regular sealant, meaning you don’t have to fill up the tire as frequently because of it drying out. This premium latex sealant features what Orange Seal refers to as nanites, solid particles of multiple shapes and sizes that quickly seal punctures up to 1/4-inch. It’s also a bit lighter weight to keep weight down. Orange Seal goes a step further and formulates the sealant to be eco-friendly, helping the environment and your peace of mind.

I ride my enduro and XC bikes on asphalt/trails and this stuff works great for sealing my tires, sealing thorn punctures and nail punctures so far. I really didn’t believe this stuff would work so well, but after a few thorns and a nail I was convinced. It

I have used this sealant in three mountain bikes with different tires. It has worked well in <32F and >100F temperatures. It does tend to last a little longer than traditional sealants such as Stans.

It mostly works
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
I have had two cuts in tires that it did not seal. One was small enough I think it should have sealed it. I ended up putting a tube in to continue the ride. The other one I put in bacon strips and I was barely able to ride out. It didn't seal up very well. I recently had a small hole that it did seal. I didn't even know I had gotten a puncture until I looked at my tire after the ride. I have also heard that this sealant won't cause corrosion of your spokes/nipple area like Stan's does. Well, I recently had to replace spokes on a one year old wheel and there was corrosion on the nipple area. I have only used Orange Seal in that wheel. I imagine all sealants cause this corrosion.
